  1. We can only process refunds for technical issues if we are given the opportunity to assist you adequately. If we cannot resolve the problem, a refund will be provided. Please contact us before requesting a refund for technical issues.
  2. Refunds can only be issued within 7 days of the purchase date. No refunds will be processed after this period.
  3. Important Note: If you paid using credit cards, refunds are typically processed, and funds returned to the debit card on the customer’s bank account within 20 business days. However, there are cases in which a refund may take longer, up to 90 days.
  4. You can request a refund for nearly any purchase on BEST IPTV for any reason. Regardless of the reason, if the request is made within 7 days of purchase, IPTV will issue a refund. If you fall outside of the refund rules, you can still request a refund, and we will assess the situation.
  5. A full refund will be issued within 24 hours of approval. The refund will be received in your bank or through the same payment method used for the purchase.
  6. Full refunds are only applicable for purchases made within 7 days. Refund requests for purchases made more than 7 days ago will be returned partially based on the subscription’s used period. Our support team will contact users in all refund cases.


  • Refunds usually take 20~90 working days and are processed by our payment processors.
  • We cannot make refunds (or partial refunds) if:
    • The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup or performance. We recommend customers conduct a test before purchasing subscriptions.
    • The customer is unable to set up their own box. While we provide support for setup, our assistance is limited to predefined steps for configurations.
    • Some channels are freezing or not working. These issues are often temporary and caused by various reasons listed, such as internet fluctuations or server-side problems.
    • The customer changes their mind and wants to withdraw or switch between servers. In such cases, the customer can subscribe to other servers by purchasing a new subscription.
    • If a user is unable to set up the IPTV service on any device within 1 day of activation, we will refund 100% of their subscription purchase price.
